Our Policies

Outlashed Beauty Studio requires a $20 deposit at the time of booking your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the balance of your service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are NON-Refundable, with NO exceptions. No deposit means no secured appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. The deposit will be returned when canceling 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit, and it does not transfer to any future appointments unless booked within 48 hours of the original appointment time.

When booking a full set and you’re unsure what will suit you best, refer to the services tab to answer any questions you may have. Keep in mind, there will be a consultation prior to the beginning of your appointment.

When booking a fill, Outlashed Beauty Studio has three different options.

30-minute touch-ups are intended to touch up your lashes if needed before an event or maybe a weekend of going out. 30-minute touch-ups are also awesome for the girls who don’t like to lie down for too long or are in a rush, but ensure your lashes still look even when leaving!

If you are within the 2-week time frame from when you got your last fill, then book a 2-week fill.

If you are within the time frame from when you got your last fill 3+ weeks ago and still have 40% on book a 3 week fill. Anything over 5 weeks will result in a full set.
